Data & Account Deletion

You can ask us to delete your AUM account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens.

How to request deletion

Email support@brahmanstudios.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your in-game username so we can locate your account.

If in-app account deletion is available in your version of the Game, you can also use Settings → Account → Delete Account.

What gets deleted

Once we verify your request, we permanently delete or anonymize the personal data linked to your account, including:

Your email address and sign-in identifiers (Google / Apple).
Your username, avatar, and profile details.
Any optional data you provided (name, date of birth, phone number).
Your gameplay history and statistics are deleted or anonymized so they can no longer identify you.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it, or to prevent fraud and abuse (for example, a record that an account was deleted). Purchase records held by Google Play or Apple are governed by their own policies. Anonymized statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.

Timing

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you to confirm your identity before proceeding, to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
