This Privacy Policy explains how Brahman Studios ("Brahman Studios", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you play AUM (the "Game") on mobile (Android and iOS) or PC, and use related services. By playing the Game you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

We do not sell your personal data.
AUM is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children. In India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act treats anyone under 18 as a child; we apply a neutral age gate and do not knowingly collect optional personal data (name, date of birth, phone number) from, or serve targeted advertising to, users who indicate they are under the applicable age of majority without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact support@brahmanstudios.com and we will delete it.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Game, under contracts that limit their use of it:

Our game and database servers are hosted in Finland (European Union), with backups that may be stored in India. By playing, you understand your information may be processed in these locations. Transfers are made in line with applicable data-protection law.
We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, or after an extended period of inactivity, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations. Anonymized gameplay statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
Depending on where you live (including under India's DPDP Act and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but if a data breach affects you we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated in-game or by email where appropriate.
