Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AUM (the "Game"), operated by Brahman Studios ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others or share your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Rules of conduct

When playing AUM you agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software, bots, or modifications that affect gameplay.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems.
Buy, sell, or transfer accounts or virtual items outside the Game.

4. Virtual items and purchases

The Game may offer virtual currency and items for purchase through Google Play or Apple. These have no real-world monetary value, are licensed to you (not sold), and are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or the applicable app-store policy. We may change, or discontinue virtual items at any time. All payments are processed by the app stores; we do not receive your payment-card details.

5. Intellectual property

The Game, including its characters, art, audio, and code, is owned by Brahman Studios and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

6. Service availability

The Game is an online, server-authoritative service. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Competitive outcomes, damage, currency, and match results are determined by our servers.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brahman Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop playing and delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Game and its players.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the date above. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
